The #NetNarr students will design and conduct a public forum on “The Human Nature of Writing.” This event will be an online interactive Zoom workshop that will feature #NetNarr student reflections and insights that emerge from our semester-long discussion. **The forum will be an open public scholarly event, sponsored by the global Equity Unbound network. (International scholars and students from both within and outside of Kean University will attend and participate.)
The #NetNarr students will design and implement this group project, working together for several weeks before the actual event. The group project process will include: -apprehending the forum’s themes and designing an interactive workshop that anticipates a broad audience; -identifying proposed outcomes and possible digital artifacts produced during the event; -administrating all planning and production (via #NetNarr small teams); -inviting and publicizing the event; -hosting and directing the online event. All #NetNarr students will have specific responsibilities to complete in order for the forum to be successful. This student-led scholarly forum will be an open public event, resulting in public scholarship that will be documented and distributed on our course website.
**Scheduling and registration details to be announced.
